Do I need to provide cleaning products or equipment?
No, our cleaners arrive fully equipped with all professional products and tools.
How long does a deep clean usually take?
It depends on the size of the property. Most cleans take between 2 to 5 hours depending on the level of detail required.
What is your cancellation policy?
To keep our schedule fair for both clients and cleaners, we ask that any cancellations or rescheduling are made at least 48 hours before your booking.
• 48+ hours notice: No cancellation fee
• Within 48 hours: 50% of the booking fee will be charged
• Within 24 hours: 100% of the booking fee will be charged
This helps us manage our cleaners’ schedules and ensure availability for other clients.
